sail away...

there are so many things i'm waiting to say,
i just don't know when, how and where to tell you.
it may seem very easy to say,
"let's move on, forget what needs to be forgotten."
but is it really that easy?

my friends are right,
i need to forget.
i'm trying to but...
the more you try to forget, the more you remember.

almost everyday, you come up with little surprises for me.
funny how all this seemed to be the reverse last year.

we're already a quarter-way through the year,
how's it going to turn out?
hopefully better than the last,
for both our sakes.

*hug* thank you, for always letting me know you're there for me. i'm sorry if i don't show my appreciation all the time but do know that i'm glad i'm still somebody to you, even if it doesn't seem like that anymore
