Alrighty. I just got back from my mission trip and I must say, as always, it's been a totally wonderful experience and it's fond memories. But something's not quite right. somehow the old gang feels so much better. Hmmm. While i was overseas, the stream of bad news just couldn't stop coming in. aww, someone spare me and give me a break pls! I just flew in but here i am checking emails and settling some business. This is the ultimate man. It's back to life without breathing again.
I'd wanted to stay there and never ever come back. Live in the kampung with all the wonderfully kind and generous people, ride motorbikes, swim in the river and pluck fruits straight off the tree...sigh, i'll miss the life. Going for the trip, i re-found some of my friends again. it's funny how you never realise how much someone means to you. Cheers to the old gang: Lester, Nic, Chris, Gene, Val and Greg. It wouldn't have been meaningful if you guys weren't around. It was a great homecoming for us. Maybe next year we'll meet up again and make our way home back to Mt Singai and Kpgs Gayu & Benuk. I'm missing it already...
